IMCA Regulations

Summary of IMCA entry Requirements are below:

 

INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Competitors can only be entered by the nominated Team Leader for each Nation.

There will be two individual classes (Agility & Jumping) and scores will be combined in calculating the overall winners of the   Small / Medium / Large Championships.

Each Nation can enter up to a maximum of 15 dogs of not more than 7 dogs in any one height category. 

If a Nation had an overall winner in any of the three heights from 2017 these can be added to the overall total number of dogs (eg If at Nation won all three height championships in 2017 then a maximum of 18 dogs would be permitted)

Those dog/handlers that return to defend their 2017 Championship win are eligible for free entry to the 2018 event.

Entry for 2018 is 71 euros per dog which is inclusive for both individual Jumping & Agility Classes.

 

TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Teams can only be entered by the nominated Team Leader for each Nation

Each Nation is permitted to enter one team per height category.

A team can consist of 3 or 4 dogs – if 4 dogs in a team the best 3 scores will count.

There will be two team classes (Agility & Jumping) and teams scores will be combined in calculating the overall winners of the Small / Medium / Large Team Championships.

Team Entry fees for 2018 are 26 euros per dog entered in a team. (104 euros if 4 dogs in a team or 78 euros if 3 dogs in a team)
